Refund Policy

 

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased through the Verdadonna online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). Please review the following terms carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.

1. Validity Period

You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of receipt of your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligible Situations

Within the valid period, returns or exchanges may be requested under any of the following circumstances:

  • The product has visible appearance issues;

  • The product has quality-related issues;

  • The product has an unusual odor or significant color difference;

  • The received product does not match the order details;

  • Return or exchange without a specific reason.

3. Return & Exchange Application and Handling

Returns and exchanges follow the same process, as outlined below:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to submit a return or exchange request, and provide the following information:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Relevant photos or videos

  2. Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you using your contact details and provide the return address.

  4. After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm whether it matches the reported issue:

    • For return requests, approved items will proceed to the refund process;

    • For exchange requests, approved items will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund Arrangement

Once the return request is confirmed and the item inspection is completed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (such as bank cards, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

5. Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality issues, odor, significant color difference, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us;

  • For returns or exchanges without a specific reason, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

6. Responsibility Statement

  • Returned or exchanged items should be kept in a reasonably complete condition to allow for inspection;

  • If the item condition does not match the reported issue, it may affect the processing outcome;

  • We will provide reasonable assistance based on actual circumstances.
