We currently provide shipping services within Australia only.
Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
All orders are shipped free of charge.
No additional shipping fees will be applied.
3. Taxes
All product prices displayed and charged include applicable taxes.
No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
4. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 (Sydney time) will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the following day.

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next business day.
5. Order Processing Time
Once order information is confirmed, we will complete order processing within 1–3 business days.
Processing time refers only to order preparation and dispatch, and does not include shipping time.
6. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated total shipping time is 5–10 business days.
Actual arrival times may vary due to destination location, logistics conditions, or other reasonable factors beyond control.

We use major Australian logistics carriers to fulfill orders, including but not limited to:

The final carrier used will depend on the actual shipping arrangement for each order.
8. Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent.
You may use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

We are responsible for the condition of the order prior to handover to the shipping carrier.

Once the shipment is transferred to the carrier, any delays, force majeure events, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.

10. Receipt and Inspection

Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, missing, or abnormal, it is recommended to note this at the time of receipt or contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Orders that have been received without reported issues will be deemed to be in normal condition.
